Specialized Experience: Must have at least 6-8 years of back ground experience in LOS systems and engineering. Experience with the military and commercial systems. Intermediate knowledge of frequency. Must have expert knowledge on MloS systems, to include modems, switches, MW systems, (military and commercial) cabling, electrical, cooling, rigging, network operations and security. Must be familiar with SNMPC and Solar Winds Software. Have the ability and knowledge to troubleshoot links and connectivity. Configure and test MW (MLoS) modems. Conduct loop backs to the JNCC Net Ops and the Commercial NOCs. Build and test cables. Test and configure Cisco switches. Provide technical assistance when needed. Assist grounding, power and a/c issues. Special Requirements: Comply with DoD 8570.01-M, IA Workforce Certification Level: Information Assurance Technical (IAT-II) Education: Bachelor of Science/Arts Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or Science or Business Administration or Mathematics.
